What does the warranty cover, and which products are eligible?Updated 12 hours ago

Our warranty applies exclusively to ACE products, including PROTECA, ace., Kanana project, and other official ACE brands.

We currently offer warranty repair services outside of Japan only for ACE products.

Please note the following conditions:

  • The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from ACE or through authorized ACE retailers.

  • Coverage includes free repairs for defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use, as well as damage caused during airline handling, depending on the product series.

  • If original repair parts are no longer available, we may use substitute parts. In some cases, due to the product’s structure or condition, repairs may not be possible. In such situations, we may offer a replacement or an equivalent alternative item.

Products that are not part of an official ACE brand or not purchased through authorized channels may not be eligible for warranty support or repair services.

In such cases, please contact the manufacturer or seller from whom you purchased the product.
