What Should I Do If I Receive a Defective Product?
We take great care to inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact the ACE Online Store team via the inquiry form or email ([email protected]) within seven (7) business days of receiving the product. When contacting us, please have the following information.
Order number & purchase date (invoice)
Clear photos/videos of the defect
A brief description of the problem
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and all accompanying materials such as tags, boxes, and bags are included. If the return is due to a fault on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
