Shipping Policy

We use world-class courier services like DHL to deliver our products quickly and reliably.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the next business day, which may add 1–2 days to delivery.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties

We primarily ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis—this means that customs duties are included in the product price, providing a smoother and more convenient delivery experience.

However, for certain destinations, we may ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. In these cases, you may be responsible for paying additional taxes or duties upon delivery, depending on your local customs regulations. This will be clearly indicated on the checkout page.

For customers in Korea, you will have the option to choose between DDP and DDU at checkout, depending on your preference.

Any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout whenever possible.

Important Notes

・Please respond promptly to any customs requests to avoid return shipments.

Shipments to India

To comply with Indian customs regulations, we require KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for delivery.
Please ensure the recipient’s name and address at checkout match their ID. After ordering, contact our support team via live chat to receive instructions and assistance.
